Before you purchase products from Beds Click it’s very important to read the refund and returns policy. It will help you to know whether you are eligible for a return or not. Before returning the product keep in mind that your item must be unused and present in the same condition that you received from us. Moreover, it must be present in its original packaging. Otherwise, you won’t be able to return the product to us.

Conditions for Returns

To complete the procedure, it is very important for you to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Here are few situations in which you will get partial refunds (if applicable)

  • The item you are returning must be unused and without any flaws.
  • If you will return any item that’s not present in its original condition, or else it’s damaged or have any missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item that you return to after 30 days of delivery
  • All the return items must include the original tags, warranty cards, accessories, freebies and user manuals.
  • The product you are returning must be present in its original packaging/box. And make sure you return all the items in the same condition by attaching the return shipping label along with the item.

Refunds (If applicable)

After receiving your returns, we will inspect all the products, its condition, packaging and receipt. Then we will notify you via email to confirm you about the returned products that we have received and the time required for refund. For more details read our Privacy Policy.

Valid Reasons to Return an item

You are eligible to return the product in the following conditions:

  1. You can return the product only if the delivered item is damaged. It must be destroyed or broken physically or else it must be defective (dead on arrival)
  2. Delivered Product is not correct as it’s displayed on the website or else it is incomplete and there are some missing parts that are not sent by the retailer.
  3. Damaged Product is to be reported with in 24 hours of delivery. we cannot offer any refund, return or replacement if the issue is reported later.

Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)

If you have done everything and still you didn’t receive any refund from us then you can contact us at the given Email address (support@bedsclick.co.uk). We will surely contact you and try to give you a refund as soon as possible.

Sale Items (If applicable)

Before applying for a refund keep in mind that only regular priced items will be refunded. We didn’t offer any refund on the items that you bought on Sale.

Exchanges (If applicable)

Here at BedsClick we only offer refund or replacement if you will receive defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange the damaged items for the same item then you can contact us or send us an email. We will surely contact you and replace your items.

Shipping

To return the item keep in mind that you have to pay all your shipping costs by yourself. We didn’t refund any of the shipping costs, as these shipping charges are non-refundable. Keep in mind that the refund amount didn’t include the shipping charges, as we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount, we are refunding to you. So, you are suggested to read out our refund and return policy before sending us complaints about the refund amount. That will help you to avoid any type of conflict or confusion related to the refund amount.
